What makes us different? Our experience in practicing in the real world and not following a textbook of basic training. We have developed a personalized program that encompasses our six specialties of wellness that every successful plan must include.

Our methodologies and data developed over 30 years of practice has given us an advantage in understanding development patterns. Each person’s chemistry is not only different; it’s constantly changing; just the environmental factors alone could alter even the most consistent client.

The Action Plan is the finished product. It’s your toolbox of directions educating you on your future needs to stay in a homeostasis state, happy, healthy, and able. 

Our Assessments

Checking for cellular deficiencies helps lead us to any root causes and snapshot of your baseline health. 

Completing the questionnaires and assessments are essential tools for our evaluation of your overall needs. We test to make sure you are not cellular deficient or have improper organ functions. Root causes usually show up here and address any pain or symptoms. Be prepared to answer questions! We discuss your eating habits, any adverse reactions to food, dietary supplements, weight history, food preferences, general medical history, family health history, medications, and lifestyle habits. These insights help customize individual food and nutrition advice to match your lifestyle and health needs. Structurally accessing muscle, bones, joints, back, and neck is imperative in addressing one’s overall health; however, many new professionals lack this experience, training, and the understanding that the body systems must work together for optimal health; therefore, we work closely with your general practitioner.

Our Process

A medical checkup, first, if possible. Our nutritionist needs to know your health status before providing dietary guidance. Your healthcare provider can share blood pressure and information from blood tests, such as blood cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose, hemoglobin, hematocrit levels, thyroid functioning, and enzyme marker tests. We use a group of 6 specialties. Implementation of the 6 is to recalibrate the entire body to function by assisting each system. 

Each design includes strategies to help prevent disease and slow the aging process creating life extension. All with built-in checkpoints ensuring our projections are successfully reached, and health and wellness goals are achieved but flexible enough to make changes if needed.

Studies show some medications can be poisonous to our human chemistry. Many medications may have side effects.

The FDA and pharmaceutical friends list many of the possible side effects, but not all! This little oversite appears to make it consciously okay for advertising purposes. Well, it’s not okay with me as your nutritional practitioner. The words “First Do No Harm” I take seriously.

Dale Fink Jr.

Dale Fink Jr. has over 30 years of experience in Nutritional Health, Exercise Physiology, and four other specialties. He is Board Certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine.  

Dale has 3 Accredited Certifications in Functional Medicine, Sports Medicine and is a Nutritional Practitioner. His critical thinking and research process makes him the overachieving expert with a perfectionism complex in proactive prevention.  

Dale developed methodologies that are time-tested and proven to prevent illnesses. He addresses the entire human condition—body, mind, and spirit. 

Dale’s Athletic Career

Dale’s athletic career began when he won the Regional Championships on a speed skating team at eight years old. He was ranked the number one wrestler in Louisiana in his class. He won The Men’s National Body Building Championships at 23 and was ranked number 3 globally. 

He placed 2nd at The Southern States Bodybuilding Championships and was featured on ESPN “American Muscle Magazine.”

He was named “100 of the most influential people in Health and Fitness” by most fabulous and ranked #16. 

Today he is preparing to compete at The World Championships in 2023.

Men’s Health Magazine said, “Dale looks the same today, only he’s fully developed and 52 years old.” 

Al Johnson Jr., a professional judge, said, “not only would he win, but with the new divisions in bodybuilding, his symmetry and genetics set him up to win.
